I've come down with a full-on cold and as we energy challenged types know, we're knocked for six by these random viral infections—and I've got homework to do in time for next class. The choices are street life, landscape, self portrait or worship. Apart from the obvious limitations of getting out there and doing it at the best of times, I need think laterally. Of course I could cop out and turn up with a sick note from my cat—just to prove I'm not a slacker, you see.
I came up with the idea of a sort of domestic landscape and this is the result. It's a vase on my living room sideboard. It follows on from the kitchen photos. I was hoping to develop a little series, not for class but just for a bit of eye practice. There was no light today. Dark and gloomy, which means soft and grainy. Or should that be noise—that ugly digital rash that 'should' be avoided? Well, what else can I do?

Love :O)
I see a woman's body - or even two women's bodies!
Rotten bad luck about the cold.
