This is an interesting one. He says he doesn't want to have his photo taken but at the same time he's posing for me.
This photo was an outtake from my series of shop window reflections. Capturing a good reflection—the interior and exterior creating a unique 'double-exposure' effect on one plane for a split second—is always a hit and miss affair. There are always going to be many, many outtakes. This was one that didn't quite go to plan.
These two guys were curious. The one in the shades thought I was taking photographs of him. Or should that be **Him**? The self-important gobby type. Need I say more? What I was really after was a moment of magic appearing in that gorgeous glassy reflection in the background. But you've got to go with the flow. He gestured. I snapped. Photographically speaking, of course.
